Starting off with my base, I applied the No.7 Stay Perfect Foundation. It’s a new product that I’m trying out at the moment and I have to say that I’m pretty impressed so far. It provides medium but buildable coverage that lasts most of the day. To cover dark circles and blemishes, I used my Maybelline Fit Me Concealer, which I love because it really brightens up the under eye area. Because of it’s creamy formula, it adds coverage without appearing heavy or cakey. I didn’t end up using blusher or bronzer but used a little bit of the MUA Undress Your Skin Highlighter (which I’ve reviewed here) where the sun naturally hits the face.
To fill in my eyebrows I used Makeup Revolution’s Brow Kit in the shade light-medium, which I really like for natural looking brows. For the eyes, I used Makeup Revolution’s Iconic 1 palette, which contains a great range of neutral shades. I put the second shade (a shimmery champagne) all over the lid, the third shade (a light brown) in the crease for some definition and the fifth shade (a medium brown) in the outer corners of the eyes. Next, I used the Rimmel Exaggerate Waterproof Eye Definer to line the top lids and then smudged the line using the eyeliner’s built-in smudger. For my mascara, I applied the Bourjois One Seconde Mascara* (reviewed here), which I absolutely love because it gives my lashes amazing volume and length.
Lastly, for my lips, I used Revlon’s Mauve It Over Matte Lipstick. I’ve fallen in love with this recently! It’s the perfect nude shade and it’s very Kylie Jenner-esque!
I’ve been loving this makeup look recently! It’s super simple and quick to apply, so it would be perfect for an everyday look. Let me know what you think!
