I’m all about finding products that are great quality, but won’t break the bank. Over the years, I’ve learnt that you don’t have to spend a fortune to find great products. The drugstore is where I’ve discovered so many of my favourites! Today, I’m sharing some affordable beauty products that I absolutely love – and I think you’ll love them, too! ~
Itsy Nails London is a new brand for me and I’m so glad I got the chance to try out a few of their Dura Pro Gel Effect Nail Polishes.* I have the shades Mellow Yellow (a pale yellow) and Cosi Ti Amo (a powder blue.) Both of the shades are beautiful and really stand out on the nails due to the ultra glossy finish. The Dura Pro range has been formulated to maximise coverage and performance. The polishes last a long time on the nails whilst remaining chip-free and you only need two coats for opaque coverage. I also really like the soft flat wide brush on these polishes, which makes application super easy.
If you have combination or oily skin, then I think you may love this product! Garnier’s Moisture Matte Oil Free Moisturiser is amazing at controlling shine. So, if you find your skin getting oily throughout the day, then this product is for you as it keeps the skin mattified all day long. I love the fact that it’s enriched with green tea extract, which is known for its anti-oxidant properties. In addition, it contains a patented hydrating active that reinforces the skin’s barrier function, keeping your skin hydrated.
I never tend to go for Rimmel foundations, but I decided to try one out and I’m very glad I did! Rimmel’s Match Perfection Foundation is lightweight and natural looking – exactly what I look for in a base product. It has a lovely, smooth texture and leaves your skin feeling hydrated once you’ve applied it. It’s great at reducing imperfections and it can be built up to a medium coverage. The Match Perfection Illuminating Concealer is a very handy product as it’s a 2 in 1 concealer and highlighter. It’s perfect for banishing signs of fatigue under the eyes.
What are you favourite affordable beauty products? I’d love to know 🙂
