Happy May! I can’t quite believe another month has gone by so quickly!
Today, I’m going to be sharing my beauty favourites with you. These are the products that stood out to me the most during the month of April. So, let’s jump right in, shall we?
Shea Moisture is definitely my favourite hair care brand at the moment and I’ve seriously been loving this conditioner. Enriched with coconut oil, silk protein and neem oil, this product helps keep your hair hydrated, frizz free and healthy. It really does give your hair a huge hydration boost! It also helps soften, detangle and restore dry frizzy hair and defines natural curls too. I love how soft and nourished my hair feels after using this.
I’ve already reviewed it on the blog here, but I’ve still been loving this lipstick! It’s a beautiful nude-rose and the perfect “your lips but better” shade. Despite the fact that it’s a matte lipstick, it doesn’t feel drying on the lips at all. Enriched with sustainable beeswax, organic carnauba and Vitamin E, the formula leaves your lips feeling nourished and soft.
You’ve probably heard about the benefits of using shea butter; it’s amazing for your hair and skin. If you get dry skin, then I’d highly recommend giving it a go. It’s so incredibly nourishing and moisturising! It also has many other benefits for your skin; it has healing properties and is antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-aging. Rub some in your hair for soft, shiny and healthy locks.
This eyebrow kit comes with a pressed powder to fill in and define your eyebrows as well as a wax to hold everything in place. I really like this product because the shade “light” is very natural looking. Many “blonde” or “light” pressed powders I’ve used in the past have an unflattering orange tint to them, but this one is the perfect shade! I’m also really impressed with how long-lasting this is too.
Laidbare is a natural brand that offers great quality products that are affordable. Lately, I’ve really been liking their For Richer For Porer Facial Masque. It contains Kaolin Clay to draw out impurities and toxins, Japanese Seaweed Extract to detoxify and smooth the skin, Shea Butter to give hydration and condition skin, Liquorice to help minimise inflammation and Rosewater to soothe irritation. It makes such a difference to my skin! I’ve already reviewed it on the blog here.
