Just because its autumn, doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy a delicious, sunny smoothie. This mango, orange and banana smoothie will definitely brighten up any day!
It’s packed full of flavours and despite only containing five ingredients, it tastes pretty amazing. With its huge dose of vitamin C and other nutrients, it’s also very good for your health – it’s full of natural goodness.
I always like to include natural yogurt in my smoothies because it makes them a lot more filling, richer and creamier. What’s more, it’s high in protein and contains probiotics, which add plenty of good bacteria to our guts. In addition, I added a teaspoon of honey to this recipe for a touch more sweetness. This smoothie tastes like sunshine, is great to drink any time of the day and is so easy to make! Here’s how ~
- 1 mango
- 1 banana
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup natural yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until thick and creamy.
- Serve and enjoy!
